Currently he leads the Data and AI Customer Success Unit at Microsoft Brazil, accelerating data-driven digital transformation for customers through a differentiated and connected customer experience.

Michel earned a BS in Business Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and now is a MBA student at FGV understanding how can AI support the construction of prospective scenarios and predictive analyses, changing the way organizations plan and execute their competitive strategies.
